Yes, we work for both domestic customers and commercial customers. colleges and the NHS. The majority of our work is with commercial customers.
Calls can be prioritised once we have spoken with you and have all the details about your problem. We always try to respond to urgent requests for treatment as soon as possible, either the same day or, at least, within 24 hours.
